Apple iPad Launch Draws Lines at Retail Stores
April 3rd, 2010 MobileFreak
The Apple iPad went on sale at 9am this morning at Apple retail outlets and online. We ran into a few folks at the Apple store in Reston, Virginia, where they lined up to be one of the first to get their hands on the latest gadget from Apple.
There were 2 lines – one for those with reservations, and everyone else. Both lines were about 40-50 people long shortly after opening, and almost everyone seemed to be checking their iPhones every few seconds.
Don’t forget about our iPad poll – check it out and let us know if you are buying into the iPad hype!

Apple is lucky for getting lots of consumers aside from iPhones. But I’m not buying this gadget yet there are too low developers for ipad for us to download and get cool apps. I’ll stick to my iPhone and enjoy the dreamwalks http://www.dreamwalkmobile.com cool app and collect the free prizes for treasure hunting using GPS map.
My friend got a new iPad last week. When she plugged her external hard drive she was prompted to format hard drive. We plugged it to a different computer, this time we used a PC and the computer read her external hard drive. I just want to know if iPad has compatibility issues with certain hardware manufacturer. Thanks.
iPad is way too cool to own, i wanna buy one next month.~;.
