While it’s only in a public beta right now, bliin lets people use their mobile phones to show where on earth they are, where they’ve been, and photos to show what they did while there.
Here’s their brief description from their home page:
bliin lets you share your location and geo-tagged photos from your handset in real-time.
You can find and follow your friends across the world and share experiences via your phone and over the web.
