Does Cell Phone Use Cause Brain Cancer?

If you caught Larry King Live last night, you may have seen Johnny Cochran’s wife voicing concern that her late husband’s incessant use of his cell phone may have contributed to his brain cancer, which unfortunately took his life in 2005.
Larry had several doctors on the show, most of whom agreed (to varying degrees) that there “may” very well be a link between cell phone use and brain cancer, though it is too early to say with any certainty. The one exception was someone from the American Cancer Society of all places, who played down the issue, saying there was no real evidence and therefore, no cause for concern. All did agree that it would probably be wise to use a cell phone headset whenever possible.

I have more of a question than a comment.. I would like to know if the radiation from the cell phone will travel through the head set when in use??
Jasmine - The latest research I have read on this says that No, the radiation does not travel through the headset.
The current discussion around headsets is that hands-free bluetooth headsets may also emit some level of radiation (though significantly less than a cell phone), and that wired headsets do not emit any radiation and therefore are safer.
Again, the research is not necessarily conclusive, but it’s certainly something to think about.
