The site is hi5, which happens to be very popular, particularly outside the U.S. hi5 has a mobile website as well, allowing users to sign and and update their status and stay in touch with their network.

Any hi5 users out there? What do you like most about it?

I used to be active in Hi5 about 2 years ago but got drifted away. It looks like they have done a lot of improvement compared to 2 years ago. Will get account activated soon.

My friend’s Hi5 account got hacked and the hacker was sending false information using her account soliciting money.

I read an article about what is windows registry and learned that by erasing my activity log from my computer’s registry I can prevent information theft.

I believe that additional awareness regarding social networking vulnerabilities should be given attention especially now that even children as young as 6 years old are already joining this kind of communities.

I’ve used Hi5 for a long while. I believe it was fine actually. But the thing about social networking sites is, sometimes people just get drifted away. That’s why facebook became too popular in so short notice. Facebook is used more commonly now :) I can’t remember the last time i logged into hi5.
