I am a regular Dadnab user in Austin. The service is the primary reason I choose to ride the bus, because it makes riding the bus convenient as it should be. My biggest complaint about transit, which is shared by many people, is that waiting for the bus really sucks. With Dadnab I am able to plan my trips around my schedule and show up a few minutes ahead of time to catch the bus.. As a student, I rely on the bus to get to campus and downtown destinations; places that are not friendly to parking. Dadnab saves time for me and makes it easy to catch the bus to get to the right place.
