Mobile City Guide Covers Over 600 Cities Worldwide

The folks at City.mobi have it going on. The idea is that City.mobi is your starting point to find travel, entertainment, news, and sports information about virtually any major city you may be going to.

Browse their mobile website at the URL below, and you’ll see you can take your pick from hundreds of cities from around the world. They clearly picked up several .mobi URLs early on, but where they couldn’t get the domain, they simply added a subdomain in front of City.mobi. The .city.mobi format makes it easier for the user to remember — one can always type in portland.city.mobi, jacksonville.city.mobi, etc. You get the idea.

More importantly, the content seems to be decent – more than I would expect considering how many cities they cover. I do hope to see the content increase over time though.
