Opening day for the 2009 major league baseball season was last week, and teams are now in full swing. If you were with us two years ago, you might recall our write-up covering how to get baseball scores on your mobile phone directly from MLB.com.
Unless you’re a Washington Nationals fan, you might be looking for other ways to get your teams scores. For the 2009 season, our pick for how to get baseball scores on the go is SportsTap MLB.
Once you get past the ad, this mobile site displays the day’s scores in an easy to read view, and is followed by headlines to the top stories. The site also include information that others don’t, including standings, recent transactions, season leaders, and schedules. This mobile website displays very nicely on the iPhone, which is a good thing for many of you out there.
