Palm Pre Launches Tomorrow
June 5th, 2009 MobileFreak
In case you have not heard, the Pre, the latest smartphone from the folks at Palm, will be available on the Sprint network beginning tomorrow, June 6.
The Pre has received extremely positive reviews, even in a world where most cannot compete against the ubiquitous iPhone. One big reason is it’s Linux-based webOS, which provides a powerful set of features that even the folks in Cupertino would be impressed with.
If you’re one of the lucky few Sprint customers that are getting your Palm Pre hardware a day early, let us know your first impressions!

No Palm Pre will not be available in any other country besides the us. That is for now. There are rumors that there will be a version of the phone that will be available over seas. The only price certain right know is the US price tag that is $199 after $100 mail-in-rebate.
Has anyone played with the Palm Pre yet? I’m a fan of physical keyboards (a la Blackberry), but I also like the intuitive interface of a touchscreen (a la iPhone). Is the marriage of both (a la Palm Pre) the next generation mobile phone?
