		<description>Yeah, when I first read this I had a chuckle because it made me think of the old, web rings, banner exchanges, link exchanges etc.  I suppose these tools can service developers and help with promotion but as a particular genre evolves I think these become useless...basically very easy to over saturate people with these and then the public becomes blind to them.  Could work for a bit though!  :)</description>
